With state of the art abattoirs throughout Zimbabwe, MC Meats are able to deliver affordable quality beef to our customers. The abattoirs humanely slaughter the cattle. The beef is then chilled to rapidly cool the carcasses down to approved temperatures. After the animal has been slaughtered a professional, independent, state-approved grader then grades the cattle. This is a Government requirement and done to ensure that our consumers receive correctly graded beef. After grading and chilling the meat is ready for transportation to the various wholesale outlets.
